All of our test administrators have years of experience as Washington State Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and intimately understand the needs of L&I clients and VRCs working in the L&I system.

Test results will be integrated to provide a comprehensive narrative report, aptitude summary consistent with DOT profiling, and high interest GOE matches for plan assessment.

Differential Aptitude Tests

  • Individual tests to measure general learning, verbal, numerical, and mechanical reasoning, space relations, spelling, form perception, language use, and perceptual speed and accuracy (DOT equivalent scores)
  • Tests are not speed based, which can help alleviate “test anxiety”
  • Pencil and paper testing eliminates deflated results for clients who are computer illiterate
